Returns and Refund Policy

At Thomy trends fabric, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fabric purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’re here to make the returns and refund process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on fabric purchases within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The fabric must be unused and in original, uncut condition.
  • The fabric must be free from any stains, odors, or damage.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

Note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on custom cuts or special order fabrics.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@tomitrendfabrics.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Please pack the fabric securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned fabric, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired fabric.

5. Damaged or Defective Fabrics

We take great care in ensuring our fabrics are of the highest quality. If your fabric arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with a photo of the damage, and we will gladly provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra charge.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Cut to order fabrics
  • Fabric remnants
  • Sale items (unless defective)
